2026年01月12日，业主通知，不同意******公司（代理：BESCA）作为**地铁荃湾线、港岛线、将军澳线高低压供电系统改造项电缆桥架（包件号：C7635-08-05）的供应商。****小组研究决定：取消******公司（代理：BESCA）的电缆桥架成交资格。同时，****小组推荐的第二成交候选人（****）为成交人。
On January 12, 2026, the owner notified that they do not agree to Tianjin Kaiyuan Electric Equipment Co., Ltd. (represented by BESCA) as the supplier for the cable containments (Package number: C7635-08-05) for the high and low voltage power supply system renovation of the Tsuen Wan Line, Island Line, and Tseung Kwan O Line of the Hong Kong Metro. After research and decision-making by the project procurement leadership group, the qualification of Tianjin Kaiyuan Electric Equipment Co., Ltd. (represented by BESCA) for the cable containments has been canceled. At the same time, the second candidate recommended by the review team (****.) is accepted as the successful bidder.现将成交候选人情况公示如下：

The announcement period is from April 27, 2026, to April 30, 2026. During the announcement period, suppliers and other interested parties who have objections to the announced negotiation evaluation results may raise their concerns to the purchaser. If the complainant is a legal entity, it must be signed and sealed by its legal representative or authorized representative; for other organizations or individuals raising objections, it must be signed by their main responsible person or themselves, along with a copy of valid identification.
