1..采购项目建设地点：阿曼首都马斯喀特市西南方向33公里处的米斯法地区，****EPC项目 Project Location: Approximately 33 km southwest of Muscat, Sultanate of Oman, at the EPC Project Site of Oman Misfah 1700MW CCGT EPC Project 2.采购项目建设规模：1700MW****电站，采用2组二拖一联合循环系统形式，包含4台燃机，4台余热锅炉，2台空冷岛，2台汽轮机及发电机和相关附属设备。Project Scale: The 1700 MW combined cycle power plant adopts a configuration of two 2-on-1 combined cycle units. The plant includes four gas turbines, four heat recovery steam generators (HRSGs), two air-cooled condenser islands, two steam turbines with generators, and related auxiliary equipment.
