1. Tender Conditions

This tender project entitled New Procurement Project of Dynamic Balance and Uniformity Testing Machine (Project No.: ****) is tendered by KUMHO TIRE CO., INC. The fund source and contribution ratio is 100% self-owned funds. The project has met all tender conditions. Entrusted by the Tenderer, China Tendering International Co., Ltd. now invites public bidding for the New Procurement Project of Dynamic Balance and Uniformity Testing Machine.

3. Bidder Qualification Requirements

Qualifications or performance that the bidder should possess:

3.1 The bidder has a good reputation and has supplied similar equipment to domestic and international users in the past three years, which has been put into normal use with the equipment operating well.

3.2 The bidder must have the corresponding production qualifications and more than three years of manufacturing experience for the tendered products, comply with the Double Star technical agreement requirements, and have successful cooperation cases with the above-mentioned products with tyre companies ranked in the top 30 globally or top 10 domestically, and be able to provide evidential materials including contracts, orders, invoices, and acceptance reports (foreign projects must have foreign cases).

4. Bid Registration

Any party interested in participating in the bidding shall register at the Shandong Branch of China CNTC International Tendering Corporation (19A, Liqun ﹒ Yuheng Building, No. 160 Xuzhou Road, Shibei District, Qingdao, Shandong Province) from May 8, 2026 to May 15, 2026, between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM, and 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM (Beijing time, same below).
