（1****广场。提升广场1685平方米，林地约5000平方米。建设内容包括增设法治长廊，增设停车位、灯光运动场，提升村民大舞台、健身休憩点、公交停靠点，修补滨河亲水平台，增加灯光配套、法治宣传牌、绿化景观等项目。 （2）心安营地。建设内容包括提升绿地整体景观，增加主题装置与文创构筑，提升指示牌、警示牌等标识系统，增加夜间照明和户外休憩设施配套设施。 （3）“香嘭嘭”鲜食玉米示范园。建设内容包括提升建筑外立面及庭院风貌，提升破损休憩亭，提升示范园围栏、宣传标识、园区门头、沿线景观等。

（二）在中介集市报名前1年内存在2次记入一般不良诚信档案行为的；

（三）在中介集市报名前2年内存在1次记入严重不良诚信档案行为的；

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.
