1.1 Project Overview: This project aims to procure 10×100G **** Submarine cable circuit capacities between Singapore and Marseille, with a 10-year Indefeasible Right of Use (IRU). The circuits are non-protected and must support OTU4 and tunable 100GE interfaces. Details are specified in the negotiation documents.
