Negotiation Announcement for China Telecom's 2026 Asia-Pacific Submarine Cable Capacity Procurement Project

Procurement Entity: CHINA TELECOM (ASIA PACIFIC) PTE. LTD. The project funds are secured, and procurement conditions are met. This public competitive negotiation invites qualified potential suppliers capable of delivering the required products/services to participate.

1. Project Overview and Procurement Scope

1.1 Project Overview:

The project intends to procure:

10 x 100G paths on the Asia-Pacific submarine cable from Hong Kong to Singapore, with 10-year IRU, unprotected, and supporting adjustable OTU4/100GE interfaces;

10 x 100G paths on the SJC2 cable from Japan to Singapore, with 10-year IRU, unprotected, and supporting adjustable OTU4/100GE interfaces.

1.2 Procurement Scope and Package Division:

10×100G Submarine cable capacities (Hong Kong-Singapore).

10×100G SJC2 Submarine cable capacities (Japan-Singapore).

1.3 No maximum price limit is set. Any material changes during negotiations will be subject to final confirmation by the negotiation panel.
