本项目总投资34.80万元，**费29.86万元。建设内容包括： 为解决排水不畅，地面高低坑洼、打滑等隐患问题，对**路468弄小****广场****广场砖，进行拆旧，一个广场铺设沥青，另一个铺设人造石块材地面，并铺设雨水管道，新做侧平石等。 本项目拟通过择优选取的方式确定一家有资质的单位为本工程提供设计服务。

The total investment for this project is approximately 348,000.00CNY, with a construction and installation cost of 298,600.****.The construction content includes:To address issues such as poor drainage, uneven ground, and slippery surfaces, the existing paving bricks at two small recreational plazas within the residential complex at 468 Yongtai Road Lane will be removed. One plaza will be paved with asphalt, while the other will be paved with engineered stone. Additionally, stormwater pipes will be installed, and new curbs will be constructed.This project intends to select a qualified unit through a competitive process to provide design services for the project.

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.
