广兰部： 1、3楼户外平台塑木及防水凿除基层，重做防水保温，铺设塑木地板； 2、2楼户外平台防腐木及防水凿除基层，重做防水保温，铺设塑木地板，新做花箱40m； 3、公共区域及教室墙顶面涂料局部出新10%； 4、多功能厅屋面捉漏重做防水及铺设人工草坪； 5、屋顶避雷带油漆出新； 6、户外防腐木打磨木油出新185m2； 7、阳台绿化浇水系统新铺设管道。 东郊部： 1、****餐厅改保育员操作室； 2、1楼内庭院开折叠铝合**22m2，涉及涂料修复50m2，400*2200软包9块； 3、负一楼内庭院花坛及土凿除外运，地坪硬化铺设防滑地砖，四周做排水明沟； 4、零星维修：东郊部安装北面室外空调外机百叶窗12m2、东郊部室外新铺人工草皮400m2、厨房安装不锈钢板和纱门8m2、厨房安装不锈钢柜子2套、东郊部底楼过道安装隔断和门30m2、东郊部园长室护墙板35m2。
