一、拯安部、拯安路75号 1．门头墙面粉刷 2．饲养区新做水池、排水明沟，安装水龙头。 3．2-3层操作间整体改造， 4．2-3层成人卫生间整体改造。 二、康弘部、康弘路528弄6号 1．1-3层教室墙面涂料局部维修、走道墙面局部刷色块。 2．1-3层教室进户门刷油漆。 3．三楼东西两个平台新做防腐木明沟盖板。 4．西楼梯新做防腐木小门。 5．种植园的木篱笆油漆。 6．配电房新做不锈钢阳光板雨棚，垃圾房等更换阳光板屋面。 7．三楼教工之家排上下水管，排电源线安装排插。 8．室外垃圾房新做防腐木篱笆，防腐木明沟盖板。

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.
