(c)本项目的特定资格要求：（3）供应商应具备以下施工资质：中华人民****建设部颁发的施工总承包建筑工程三级或以上资质；
（4）具有安全生产许可证（有效期内）；
（5）拟派项目负责人具有建筑工程专业二级及其以上注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，且未担任其他在建的建设工程项目的项目负责人；
（6）业绩要求：无；
（7）其他要求：****管理部****政府采购活动期间的单位不得参与竞争。
（8）本项目不允许转包。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (3) The supplier shall have the following construction qualifications: Grade III or above qualification for general contracting construction projects issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China; (4) Having a safety production license (within the validity period); (5) The person in charge of the proposed project has the qualification of registered construction engineer of Grade II or above in construction engineering, has a valid certificate of safety production assessment, and has not served as the person in charge of other construction projects under construction; (6) Performance requirements: None; (7) Other requirements: units that are prohibited from participating in government procurement activities by government management departments shall not participate in competition. (8) Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
