4)具有安全生产许可证（有效期内）；
5)拟派项目负责人具有建筑工程专业二级及其以上注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，且未担任其他在建的建设工程项目的项目负责人；
6)业绩要求：无；
7)其他要求：****管理部****政府采购活动期间的单位不得参与竞争。
8)本项目不允许转包。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 3) Suppliers should possess the following construction qualifications: Level III or above qualification for general contracting of construction projects issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development of the People's Republic of China; 4) Having a valid safety production license; 5) The proposed project leader has a registered construction engineer qualification of Level 2 or above in the field of construction engineering, a valid safety production assessment certificate, and has not served as the project leader of any other ongoing construction projects; 6) Performance requirements: none; 7) Other requirements: Units that are prohibited from participating in government procurement activities by government management departments shall not participate in competition. 8) This project does not allow subcontracting.
