因采购计划调整，本项目发布询价通知时间延期至2026年5月26日。除发布时间外，采购范围、技术规格、资格条件等其他事项均不变。请各潜在供应商知悉并做好准备。

With respect to the procurement of PVD and PHD for the Toll road development Semarang-Demark in Indonesia, the following addendum is hereby issued regarding the adjustment to the RFQ announcement schedule:

Due to adjustments to the procurement plan, the release date of the Request for Quotation (RFQ) for this project has been postponed to May 26, 2026. Except for the announcement release date, all other matters, including the procurement scope, technical specifications, qualification requirements, and other conditions, shall remain unchanged.

All prospective suppliers are kindly requested to take note of this notice and make the necessary preparations accordingly.
