1. Project name 项目名称: 泰国罗勇**2026年涂装生产线技术改造项目 2026 Paint Shop Technical Upgrade Project

2. Project Content项目内容：

2.1人工喷涂新鲜风系统改造
在色漆人工喷涂、清漆人工喷涂工位各增加1套喷涂人员送风系统，同时配置喷涂头盔和防护服，送新风到喷涂人员头盔及防护服中，让喷涂人员与油漆完全隔离。
2.2 前处理、电泳漆面质量提升改造
1、前处理脱脂后水洗所有槽体及电泳槽增加磁棒1套；2、增加移动试中压清洗机1台
2.3 中涂喷涂前封闭改造项目
将中涂喷漆室前段增加防尘设施，提升车辆洁净度，累计长度约48米。
2.4 注蜡返回通道及点补存储区增加项目
1、在车间一楼注蜡外区域增加一条从注蜡出口返回点补区域的通道；
2、增加部分滚床，并对现有升降机进行改造，增加26个点补存储位。

3. Supplier registration requirements

1) 取得合法经营资格的法人或其他组织（提供营业执照，泰国供应商提供DBD注册的文件或相关资料）

2) 投标方自2021年至今（2021年6月1日至投标截止日止，以合同签订时间为准），独立承制并验收交付：至少2条乘用车整车企业生产线改造（改造范围需包括工位室体或者输送等）项目业绩，节拍不低于25JPH；标书代写

3) 投标方自2021年至今（2021年6月1日至投标截止日止，以合同签订时间为准），独立承制并验收交付：至少1条乘用车整车企业生产线智能中央呼吸系统项目业绩；标书代写
