为更好支持合庆镇发展，开展合庆****工业园区C、D、E区规划评估工作。一是启动33-01地块规划高中用地规划调整，拟将原用地规模60亩扩大至100亩，同步优化地块容积率、建筑高度指标及相关指标参数，推进控规任务书批复。****工业园区C、D、E区地块收储，启动前期研究，配合开展规划评估相关工作，结合产业发展策略，提出功能空间布局与用地引导，支撑后续开展的规划调整工作。

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.
