(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (iii)This project is only open to small and micro enterprises for procurement.
(iv)Potential bidders who provide overall design, specification development, or services suchas project management, supervision, and testing for the procurement project are not eligible to participate in the procurement activities of this project.
(v)Suppliers whose unit leaders are the same person or who have direct holding or management relationships shall not participate in government procurement activities under the same contract.
(vi)This project does not accept bids from consortia.
