1、小剧场改造，包括舞台、隔墙、吊顶，消防楼梯改造及空调移位等。 2、小剧场卫生间改造，包括墙地顶翻修，洁具安装等。 3、食堂维修整改，包括洗碗机、保温箱等电力管线改造配套。 4、门卫线路整改，包括电气线路改造。 5、旧教学楼维修，包括西侧1-2层楼梯封铝合金，1楼石膏板墙隔断，加装电缆等。 6、小学部一层至四层教室门窗，门锁及灯具更换和维修 7、零星维修，包括校区路侧石更换及维修；老教学楼通道安装减速立柱；更换损坏的门窗玻璃、门锁、吊扇、木构件；排水管道疏通；铁门等油漆。 8、室外木制构件油漆保养。

（三）在中介集市报名前2年内存在1次记入严重不良诚信档案行为的；

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.
