一、项目概况

中国****公司****公司拟为纳****处理厂扩建项目采购闸门、格栅、刮泥机、皮带输送机等非标设备，现面向全球具备供货能力的制造商或授权供应商进行公开询价，欢迎符合条件的单位参与报价。

I. Project Overview

China Harbour Engineering Namibia (Pty) Ltd intends to procure non-standard equipment, including sluice gates, screens, sludge scrapers, and belt conveyors, for the Oshakati Water Treatment Plant Expansion Project in Namibia. We hereby launch a Public Request for Quotation (RFQ) worldwide, targeting qualified manufacturers or authorized suppliers with proven supply capabilities. Eligible entities are sincerely welcomed to submit their quotations.

二、采购内容

本次采购为闸门、格栅、刮泥机、皮带输送机等非标设备，包含但不限于设备本体、电机及配套电控系统，整体作为一个包件实施。主要设备如下(详见附件采购清单):

Procurement Details: This package consists of non-standard equipment, including sluice gates, screens, sludge scrapers, and belt conveyors. The scope of supply comprises, but is not limited to, the core equipment units, motors, and matching electrical control systems, implemented as one single package. The major equipment items are as follows (see the attached Procurement List for details):

1. 球墨铸铁闸门-DI Sluice Gates

2. 刮泥机-Sludge Scrapper

3. 格栅-Screen

4. 皮带输送机-Belt Conveyor

5. 出水堰板-Weir Plate

III. Quotation Request

1. 产品须符合Technical Specification和相关国际标准的要求。

1.Products must comply with the Technical Specification and the relevant international standards.

2. 提供完整技术资料，包括但不限于: 产品样本及技术参数表、安装接口图、电气接口资料、第三方检测报告.

2. Provision of complete technical documentation, including but not limited to: Product catalogues and technical datasheets, GA drawings, Electrical interface documentation, Third-party test reports.

四、交货要求

IV. Delivery Requirements

1.交货方式:FOB**港或CIF纳米比亚鲸湾港

1. Terms of Delivery: FOB Shanghai Port or CIF Walvis Bay

2.计划交货时间:2026年8月

2. Scheduled delivery date: August 2026

3.出口报关由供货商负责完成

3. The supplier is responsible for completing the export customs clearance.

五、报价要求

V. Bidding Requirements

1.报价币种:人民币或美元

1. Currency of quotation: CNY or USD.

2.报价应包含:设备制造、包装、国内运输、出口报关等全部费用

2. The quotation should include all costs, such as equipment manufacturing, packaging, domestic transportation, and export customs clearance.

3.报价文件应至少包括:商务报价表，技术响应文件，公司资质及业绩证明，供货周期说明，付款节点。标书代写

3. The bid documents shall include, at a minimum: a commercial quotation, a technical response, proof of the company’s qualifications and project reference list, a description of the delivery schedule, and payment terms.

4.采购限价：400万人民币

4.Maximum Bid Price: CNY 4,000,000.00

1、参与过纳米比亚相关项目建设加分。

1. Experience in participating in relevant project construction in Namibia will be awarded extra points.

2、产品须通过业主/咨工审核。

2. The product must be approved by the Client or the Engineer.
