项目概况及招标范围：
Detailed engineering design, construction drawing design, supply, manufacture, transportation, unloading, storage, installation, testing, commissioning, trial operation, performance testing, reliability testing, inspection, handover, and warranty of the fire protection systems; including all equipment, materials, accessories, cables, wires, cable trays, conduits, supports and hangers, instruments, valves, fittings, and consumable materials related to the fire protection systems.室外消防给水系统及相关附属设施；室内消火栓系统及相关附属设施；自动水喷淋系统及相关附属设施；自动雨淋水喷雾灭火系统及相关附属设施；气体灭火系统及相关附属设施；灭火器配置系统及相关附属设施；火灾自动报警及探测系统及相关附属设施；消防泵房系统及相关附属设施；危险区域防爆型消防电气设备及相关附属设施等。
投标人资格要求：
（1）The bidders must have an independent legal entity registered within the People’s Republic of China and provide a valid business license, or completed local registration in the Middle East (Only Oman, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar) Region and possess relevant construction experience.（2） The bidder is required to provide Firefighting System Qualification and Certification Documents, or valid CR and VAT certificates.（1）响应人须是在中华人民**国境内注册的独立法人资格，须提供有效的营业执照或在中**域(限制阿曼、沙特阿拉伯、阿联酋、卡塔尔)完成属地化注册，并有相关施工经验；（2）响应人须提供消防系统相关资质证书或有效的CR及VAT证书。
