梅园二部 1、教室墙面增加磁性板、洞洞板、涂鸦板、道轨等，墙顶面修补涂料出新等； 2、一楼美工室、图书室改造：墙面造型布置，增加涂鸦墙，部分水电更新，墙顶面修补涂料出新等； 3、户外大型运动器械区域地板开裂换运动地毯，种植区、饲养区改造，给排水管道改造维修等； 4、教学楼局部墙顶面修补涂料出新，一楼走廊破损护墙板维修，厨房取餐口调换防火窗、砌墙等维修项目； 5、大门重新刷漆、增加防护网，室外防腐木维修刷油，卫生间水槽改造，给排水管道改造维修等其它零星维修项目。 梅园三部 1、一楼多功能大厅墙面软包，地面局部地毯铺设，窗台**石，墙顶面修补涂料出新等； 2、保育员操作室屋面梁架维修加固，更换彩钢屋面板等； 3、户外塑胶操场上方加装遮阳布，沙池边做小木凳软包，室外柜更换门帘；门卫室边小木屋漏水维修等； 4、一楼二楼过道家园栏艺术改造，一楼门厅壁画区改造，墙顶面修补涂料出新等；

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.
