CHINA HARBOUR ENGINEERING COMPANY (PNG) LIMITED is undertaking the Asphalt Overlay and Associated Works at Mt. Hagen (Kagamuga) Airport Western Highlands Province，Papua New Guinea，and requires a batch of road marking paint and fuel-resistant membrane coating. To ensure a high-quality and timely supply of the required materials, we are hereby conducting an open inquiry. The specific requirements are as follows:

1.The bidder (supplier) must use the inquiry list template provided in the attachment and quote strictly in accordance with the content of the inquiry list from the buyer. No changes shall be made based on the supplier’s own understanding.

2.The delivery point for the goods is Lae Port, and the quoted price shall be on a CIF basis.

3.The supplier assumes full responsibility for the quality of the goods and any permit-related documents that may arise during the supply process, and shall provide corresponding quality inspection reports for the goods.

4.Payment terms: 90% advance payment shall be made after the contract is signed, and the remaining 10% shall be paid after all goods have arrived at the project site in Papua New Guinea and have passed inspection and acceptance. No other payment terms will be accepted.

5.The successful bidder must unconditionally cooperate with the buyer in completing the supplier compliance due diligence documents, namely Annex 1.1, Annex 1, and Annex 2 (and provide all relevant materials mentioned in the above annexes). The procurement contract can only be signed after the supplier compliance due diligence documents have been reviewed and approved by the buyer.
