根据学校修缮内容，签订设计合同。进行项目调研、收集相关 资料、确定设计方案、出具设计施工图纸、提供技术支持。 1、学校南春晖路边门处围墙围网朽烂：拆除原有围网，更换 镀塑绿网，加固维修； 2、教学楼40个教室讲台改造项目：拆除原有实木地板，铺设 实木龙骨、实木免漆地板、防滑压条等改造； 3、教室部分钢质门维修项目：拆除损坏钢质门，安装钢质门 ，修补门樘改造等维修项目； 4、和谐楼入口处****阶下沉翻新，同济楼底楼**** 阶下沉翻新； 5、教师停车区地面地砖碎裂、下沉，拆除翻新，铺设沥青路 面； 6、****实验室给排水、电气改造升级； 7、学校广场花坛拆除，路灯维修，食堂地面地砖修补，教学 楼走道楼梯墙顶面部分涂料修补、出新等其他零星维修项目。

（三）在中介集市报名前2年内存在1次记入严重不良诚信档案行为的；

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.

回避情形

（一）参与同一项目采购的不同中介服务机构法定代表人或实际控制人为同一人的；

（二）中介服务机构的法定代表人或实际控制人和委托人单位法定代表人或者项目负责人有配偶、直系血亲（含拟制血亲）、三代以内旁系血亲或者近姻亲关系的；

（三）其他应当回避的情形；
