Our department, through a request for quotation (RFQ), hereby invites your company to submit a quotation for the procurement of vehicles and generators for the Eastern Uganda Water Supply and Sanitation Infrastructure Project. The relevant details of the RFQ are hereby announced as follows:

2 Qualification requirements the offeror

2.1报价人必须具有独立法人资格，有固定的营业地址。

2.1 The bidder shall have the independent legal entity and a permanent business address.

2.2能提供满足技术规格要求的车辆设备。

2.2 The bidder shall be able to offer Vehicle equipment which meet the technical requirements.

2.3本次询价招标不接受联合体报价。

2.3 A joint Inquiry is not acceptable.
