项目概况及招标范围：
The Subcontractor’s scope of work includes：the installation of electrical equipment for GT12 GT22 Gas Turbines and their auxiliary systems; HRSG12 HRSG22 and their auxiliary systems; the Block 20 Steam Turbine Building and its auxiliary systems; the Block 10 Electrical Control Building; Block 20 Air-Cooled Condenser (ACC); fuel oil system; natural gas conditioning system; hydrogen storage station; black-start diesel generator units; start-up boiler; air compressor building; administration building; Central Control Room (CCR); and Block 20 Gas Turbine Auxiliary Air-Cooling System.GT12>22燃机及其附属系统；HRSG12 HRSG22及其附属系统；Block20汽机房及其附属系统；Block10电控楼、Block20 ACC、燃油系统、天燃气调系统、储氢站、黑启动柴发机组、启动锅炉、空压机房、行政楼、集控室CCR、 Block20燃机小空冷等区域内电气设备安装；全场主接地网、阴极保护系统设备安装；本标段内建筑、构筑物照明系统、防雷接地、起重设施电气设备安装、设备接地等安装等。
投标人资格要求：
（1）响应人须是在中华人民**国境内注册的独立法人资格，须提供有效的营业执照或在中**域(限制阿曼、沙特阿拉伯、阿联酋、卡塔尔)完成属地化注册，并有相关施工经验；（2）响应人须提供建筑机电安装工程专业承包贰级资质或有效的CR及VAT证书。（1）The bidders must have an independent legal entity registered within the People’s Republic of China and provide a valid business license, or completed local registration in the Middle East (Only Oman, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar) Region and possess relevant construction experience.（2）The bidder is required to provide Class II Specialized Contractor for Building Mechanical and Electrical Installation Engineering, or valid CR and VAT certificates.
