项目概况及招标范围：

GT11 GT21 gas turbines and their auxiliary systems; HRSG11 HRSG21 heat recovery steam generators (HRSGs) and their auxiliary systems; Block 10 turbine building and its auxiliary systems; Block 20 electrical control building; Block 10 air-cooled condenser (ACC); Block 10 gas turbine auxiliary air-cooling area; water systems (including demineralized water, raw water, wastewater, fire water systems, etc.); roadway lighting across the entire plant; lightning protection and grounding systems for all structures within this contract package; and the plant-wide telecommunication system (including panels, speakers, telephones, all cables, and optical fibers), as well as HVAC power supply systems.GT11 GT21燃机及其附属系统、HRSG11 HRSG21余热锅炉及其附属系统。Block10汽机房及其附属系统；Block20电控楼；Block10 ACC，Block10燃机小空冷区域；水系统（含化水，原水，废水，消防水等区域）；全场道路照明；本标段内构筑物防雷接地；全厂电话通讯系统（包括盘柜、喇叭、电话、所有电缆、光纤）等系统；暖通空调电源系统等。

投标人资格要求：

（1）响应人须是在中华人民**国境内注册的独立法人资格，须提供有效的营业执照或在中**域(限制阿曼、沙特阿拉伯、阿联酋、卡塔尔)完成属地化注册，并有相关施工经验；（2）响应人须提供建筑机电安装工程专业承包贰级资质或有效的CR及VAT证书。（1）The bidders must have an independent legal entity registered within the People’s Republic of China and provide a valid business license, or completed local registration in the Middle East (Only Oman, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar) Region and possess relevant construction experience.（2）The bidder is required to provide Class II Specialized Contractor for Building Mechanical and Electrical Installation Engineering, or valid CR and VAT certificates.
