一、室外:1）拆除并更新校园铭牌及电子屏柜架；2）门卫室更换不锈钢电动伸缩门；3）维修男厕所疏通下水管道；4）改建朗读亭和唱吧亭；5）、**饮水机区雨蓬、新装铝制柜盆一套（含伸缩电动雨蓬）；6）、改建小书亭；7）、厨房**挖、新排PVC管。二、1号楼:1）一楼东西边更换电动卷帘门；2）1至4楼走道、楼梯间墙面墙裙1.2米上方至顶棚底及顶棚外墙涂料；3）1至4楼办公室新装智能门锁；4）1至4楼办公室新装铝合金纱窗。三、2号楼:一层：1）更新电动卷帘门；二层：1）美术教室墙面及顶棚内墙涂料；3）1-4楼办公室新装电子门锁、新装铝合金纱窗。3号楼：一层：1）厨房新排供水管和排水管；2）餐厅前后新装铝合金纱窗；3）更换食堂门帘、更换电动卷帘门、更换地弹簧铰链、楼梯间地面新做PVC地胶地板；4）新做设备铝材栅栏。二层：1****餐厅、团队办公室、活动室等新换铝合金纱窗；2****活动室新做轻钢龙骨石膏板隔墙、内墙及顶棚涂料；3）楼梯间地面新做PVC地胶地板。三层至屋面楼梯间：1）楼梯间地面新做PVC地胶地板。五、体育馆：1）办公室、卫生室新装铝合金纱窗；2）改建巅球墙体。

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.

回避情形

（一）参与同一项目采购的不同中介服务机构法定代表人或实际控制人为同一人的；

（二）中介服务机构的法定代表人或实际控制人和委托人单位法定代表人或者项目负责人有配偶、直系血亲（含拟制血亲）、三代以内旁系血亲或者近姻亲关系的；

（三）其他应当回避的情形；
