excavation and backfilling for direct-buried conduits, cables, and grounding systems; installation of cable trays, conduits, C-channel support systems and related accessories; laying, termination, connection, testing, and fire-stopping of all types of I C power cables, control cables, instrument cables, and communication cables; installation of all types of I C panels, control cabinets, marshalling cabinets, racks, and junction boxes; installation, mounting, hook-up, and wiring of field instruments, including all associated supports and accessories直埋管道、电缆及接地系统的开挖与回填；电缆桥架、导管及C型钢支撑系统的安装；各类仪控电源电缆、控制电缆、仪表电缆及通讯电缆的敷设、接线、终端接续和防火封堵；各类仪控盘柜、控制柜、机柜及接线箱的安装；现场仪表及其支架、附件和接线（Hook-up）施工；仪表取压管、仪表压缩空气管路及相关附件的安装。

投标人资格要求：

（1）The bidders must have an independent legal entity registered within the People’s Republic of China and provide a valid business license, or completed local registration in the Middle East (Only Oman, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar) Region and possess relevant construction experience.（2）The bidder is required to provide Class II Specialized Contractor for Building Mechanical and Electrical Installation Engineering, or valid CR and VAT certificates.（1）响应人须是在中华人民**国境内注册的独立法人资格，须提供有效的营业执照或在中**域(限制阿曼、沙特阿拉伯、阿联酋、卡塔尔)完成属地化注册，并有相关施工经验；（2）响应人须提供建筑机电安装工程专业承包贰级资质或有效的CR及VAT证书。
