项目概况及招标范围：

The works cover excavation and backfilling for directly buried conduits and cables, installation of cable trays and conduit systems, installation of C-channel support systems, laying and termination of all types of instrumentation, power, and communication cables, as well as fire stopping works. It also includes installation of panels and junction boxes, installation of instrumentation equipment, impulse tubing and instrument air tubing, and laboratory calibration, commissioning, and loop checking.设备材料供应、施工、安装、调试、冷态调试及试验等全部工作内容，涵盖直接埋地管线及电缆的开挖回填、电缆桥架及导管系统安装、C型钢支架安装、各类仪表及控制/电力/通信电缆敷设、接线及防火封堵，各类盘柜及接线箱安装，仪表设备及取压管、压缩空气管安装，以及实验室校验、调试和回路检查等工作。

投标人资格要求：

（1）The bidders must have an independent legal entity registered within the People’s Republic of China and provide a valid business license, or completed local registration in the Middle East (Only Oman, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar) Region and possess relevant construction experience.（2）The bidder is required to provide Class II Specialized Contractor for Building Mechanical and Electrical Installation Engineering, or valid CR and VAT certificates.（1）响应人须是在中华人民**国境内注册的独立法人资格，须提供有效的营业执照或在中**域(限制阿曼、沙特阿拉伯、阿联酋、卡塔尔)完成属地化注册，并有相关施工经验；（2）响应人须提供建筑机电安装工程专业承包贰级资质或有效的CR及VAT证书。
