Project Profile:The project is located at Bayshore Drive, Bedok, Singapore, adjacent to Bayshore MRT Station. It comprises two 31storey residential buildings with two basement levels, 515 units in total, 110m in height, with underground parking, swimming pool, public amenities and landscape deck. This is a designbuild turnkey project with a contract value of SGD 199.72 million, including civil works, architectural finishing, M E, ancillary structures and landscape works. Commencement date: February 2026.
