项目概况及招标范围：
Installation of ACC steel structure, fans, cooling tube bundles and their auxiliary equipment and systems, as well as piping installation for #10 and #20 Unit; vacuum test of air cooling condensers; installation and dismantling of temporary pressure testing pipelines; supply, installation, dismantling and restoration for cleaning and flushing temporary pipelines. Installation, commissioning and defect rectification of equipment and piping for the Condensate Water System;设备及材料开箱检查、卸车、场内运输、仓储保管、防护保养、基础复测及处理、设备与管道安装、支架制作安装、仪表附件安装、焊接及热处理配合、无损检测配合、脚手架搭设、系统水压试验、气密试验、吹扫、冲洗、化学清洗、首次充填、预试运及冷态调试等工作；负责临时设施、临时管线及相关措施的设计、安装、拆除以及废液处理和处置。
投标人资格要求：
（1）The bidders must have an independent legal entity registered within the People’s Republic of China and provide a valid business license, or completed local registration in the Middle East (Only Oman, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar) Region and possess relevant construction experience.（2）The bidder is required to provide Class II Specialized Contractor for Building Mechanical and Electrical Installation Engineering, or valid CR and VAT certificates.（1）响应人须是在中华人民**国境内注册的独立法人资格，须提供有效的营业执照或在中**域(限制阿曼、沙特阿拉伯、阿联酋、卡塔尔)完成属地化注册，并有相关施工经验；（2）响应人须提供建筑机电安装工程专业承包贰级资质或有效的CR及VAT证书。
