The work content of Machinery Leasing Project (II) of PV3 Ajban 1.5GW Photovoltaic Project Management Department, Abu Dhabi, UAE includes but is not limited to:

施工范围：项目现场指定施工区域内全部施工作业、配套机械作业、场地整理、工序衔接、现场协调、文明施工、成品保护、完工清理、竣工验收配合、售后维保及合同约定全部附属配套工作，涵盖场内转运、辅助施工、临设配合、应急处置及业主、总包单位指令范围内所有相关施工与机械服务事项。

Construction Scope: All construction operations, supporting mechanical operations, site arrangement, working procedure connection, on-site coordination, civilized construction, finished product protection, completion cleaning, completion acceptance cooperation, after-sales maintenance and all auxiliary supporting work as stipulated in the contract within the designated construction area of the project site, including in-site transportation, auxiliary construction, temporary facility coordination, emergency disposal, and all relevant construction and mechanical services within the scope of instructions from the owner and general contractor.

四、资格要求与合同条件

IV. Qualification Requirements and Contract Conditions

为履行本施工合同，投标人至少应满足本招标项目的施工资质等级（机械租赁资质），并符合阿联酋当地资质要求。

To perform this construction contract, the bidder shall at least meet the construction qualification grade (machinery leasing qualification) required for this tender project and comply with the local qualification requirements of the UAE.

投标人必须具有独立法人资格，本项目不接受以联合体形式的投标。

The bidder must be an independent legal entity. Bidding in the form of a consortium is not accepted for this project.

为具有被授予合同的资格，投标人应提供令招标人满意的资格文件，以证明其符合投标合格条件和具有履行合同的能力。为此，所提交的投标文件中应包括下列资料：标书代写

To be eligible for contract award, the bidder shall provide qualification documents satisfactory to the tenderer to prove that it meets the bidding qualification conditions and has the ability to perform the contract. For this purpose, the submitted bidding documents shall include the following materials:

3.1 有关确立投标法律地位的原始文件的有效复印件及原件扫描件（包括营业执照、资质等级证书、安全施工资格证、法人代表证或委托代理人证明书等），复印件需盖原章。

3.1 Valid copies and original scanned copies of the original documents confirming the legal status of the bidder (including business license, qualification grade certificate, safe construction qualification certificate, legal representative certificate or entrusted agent certificate, etc.), with official seals affixed on the copies.

3.2 ****公司的组织结构和拟在本工程担任项目经理及施工现场管理、主要施工人员的情况。

3.2 Fill in the company's organizational structure and information of the proposed project manager, on-site construction management personnel and main construction personnel for this project in the specified format.

3.3 按规定格式提供完成本工程拟采用的主要施工机械设备或工机具情况。

3.3 Provide information on the main construction mechanical equipment, tools and machinery proposed to be used for the project in the specified format.

3.4 完成的与本工程相似的业绩及其合同履行情况。

3.4 Similar project performance completed and contract performance status.

中标人在接到中标通知书后 5 个日历日内开始合同谈判，并在 10 个日历日内签订完承包合同。

The successful bidder shall start contract negotiation within 5 calendar days after receiving the bid award notice and complete the signing of the contracting contract within 10 calendar days.
