（5）拟派项目负责人具有建筑工程专业二级及其以上注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，且未担任其他在建的建设工程项目的项目负责人；
（6）业绩要求：无；
（7）其他要求：无。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (3) Having the qualification of Grade III or above in general contracting of construction projects; (4) Having a safety production license (within the validity period); (5) The person in charge of the proposed project has the qualification of registered construction engineer of Grade II or above in construction engineering, has a valid certificate of safety production assessment, and has not served as the person in charge of other construction projects under construction; (6) Performance requirements: None; (7) Other requirements: None.
