项目概况及招标范围：
The scope of the Subcontractor's Works shall include the complete design, engineering, supply, installation, testing, commissioning,approval, handover, warranty, and all other activities necessary for the Fire Protection System throughout the entire plant area.整个厂区消防系统的设计、供货、安装、测试、调试、验收及保修等全部工作内容。
投标人资格要求：
（1） The Bidder shall be a legally established entity with independent legal personality. If the Bidder is registered in the People’s Republic of China or any jurisdiction other than Oman, it shall have localization registration in the Sultanate of Oman. Alternatively, the Bidder may be a locally established and registered company in Oman with relevant construction experience.（2） The bidder is required to provide Firefighting System Qualification and Certification Documents, or valid CR and VAT certificates.（1）响应人须为具有独立法人资格的企业。若为中华人民**国境内注册企业或其他非阿曼注册企业，应在阿曼完成属地化注册；或响应人应为在阿曼境内依法成立并注册、且具有相关施工经验的本土企业；（2）响应人须提供消防系统相关资质证书或有效的CR及VAT证书。
