7.1 报价文件递交的截止时间（投标截止时间，下同）为 2026-06-21 18:00:00，响应人应在截止时间前通过浪潮电子采购平台（加急标书代写https://scs.****.com）递交电子报价文件。

The deadline for submission of bidding documents (bid closing time, same hereinafter) is 18:00 on June 21, 2026. Respondents shall submit electronic bidding documents via Inspur Electronic Procurement Platform (https://scs.****.com) before the deadline.

7.2 逾期送达的报价文件，电子采购平台将予以拒收。

Bidding documents submitted after the deadline will be rejected by the electronic procurement platform.
