2026-2027年度美的国际供应链能力中心泰国冰箱及楼宇成品仓业务项目公开招标公告

一、标的信息：2026-2027年度泰国冰箱及楼宇成品仓储物流装卸全流程服务，涵盖MIT冰箱、TPT冰箱、MBT****工厂业务。预计年装卸量：MIT冰箱约144万台、TPT冰箱约447万台；MBT楼宇装卸及中转运输约44万立方米。项目总标的金额约2.6亿泰铢。（具体服务范围、业务规模、项目地址及人员设备配置要求，将在招标说明书中进一步明确）。

Tender Information: The full logistics handling service for refrigerators and building finished goods storage in Thailand for the 2026-2027 fiscal year, covering the operations of three factories: MIT Refrigerator, TPT Refrigerator, and MBT Building Factory. Estimated annual handling volume: approximately 1.44 million units for MIT Refrigerator, 4.47 million units for TPT Refrigerator; and about 440,000 cubic meters for MBT Building Factory loading, unloading, and transit transportation. The total tender amount is approximately 260 million THB. 二、合同期限：

Contract Period:

楼宇及MIT冰箱成品和中转运输业务：2026年8月1日-2028年7月31日，

Building and MIT Refrigerator finished goods and transit transportation business: August 1, 2026 - July 31, 2028,

TPT冰箱成品装卸业务：2026年12月1日-2028年7月31日

TPT Refrigerator Finished Goods Loading and Unloading Services: December 1, 2026 - July 31, 2028

（本项目履约期限采用“1+1”模式，合同一年一签。是否续签，由采购方视供应商成本优势及对中标供应商提供的服务质量、服务标准、履约绩效等考核（标准以合同内约定为准）结果综合确定。在中标供应商能够保障成本优势且考核合格的，可续签下一年度合同，最多续签1次；考核不合格或成本优势无法保障的，采购方有权不予续签。具体起止时间以双方签订的正式合同为准。）

(The performance period of this project adopts a '1+1' model, with the contract signed on a year-to-year basis. Whether to renew the contract is determined by the purchaser based on evaluations of the supplier's cost advantage and the quality, standards, and performance metrics of the services provided by the winning supplier (evaluation criteria as stipulated in the contract). If the winning supplier can ensure a cost advantage and pass the evaluation, the contract can be renewed for the next year, with a maximum of 1 renewal; If the supplier fails the evaluation or the cost advantage cannot be guaranteed, the purchaser has the right not to renew the contract. The specific start and end dates shall be based on the formal contract signed by both parties.)

三、业务类型：涵盖泰国冰箱及楼宇成品仓储管理（库存管理、账实盘点、5S执行）、厂内及外仓装卸、冰箱标段厂区与外租仓间中转运输，同步使用Midea WMS、ILS、OMS、IBOS等信息化系统。

Business Type: Covers warehouse management for refrigerators and finished goods in buildings in Thailand (inventory management, physical inventory, 5S implementation), loading and unloading within the factory and external warehouses, intermediate transportation between the refrigerator factory premises and external leased warehouses, and simultaneous use of Midea WMS, ILS, OMS, IBOS, and other information systems.
