To ensure the high-quality operation of XCMG’s overseas logistics business and establish a long-term and stable cooperation mechanism for overseas logistics services, we hereby launch an open procurement process targeting high-quality global logistics service providers. All qualified service providers are cordially invited to participate. Relevant matters concerning this procurement are set forth below:

The service provider shall carefully read and examine all contents of the procurement documents. In case of any questions, please raise them to the above-mentioned personnel by email before the specified deadline.

②采购人可根据服务商的疑问或主动对采购文件进行澄清或修改。澄清或修改的内容将于6月26日18:00前以补充文件的形式上传至上述网盘中，所有获取采购文件的服务商务必查看。

The Purchaser reserves the right to clarify or amend the Procurement Documents, either in response to queries raised by Service Providers or on its own initiative. All clarifications and amendments shall be published as supplementary documents and uploaded to the aforementioned cloud disk by 18:00 on 26 June. It is the responsibility of all Service Providers who have obtained the Procurement Documents to check for updates.
