(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement measures to reserve a certain share, increase the proportion of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support policies for small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is not specifically targeted at procurement for small and medium-sized enterprises. During the evaluation process, small and micro enterprises will enjoy a 10% price discount. (2) Support welfare units for the disabled and treat them as if they were small and micro enterprises.
