中国﹒**国际螳螂拳大赛将于2026年7月30日至8月4****体育馆举办。****总局****中心、****协会相关竞赛规程要求，为做好竞赛组织和接待工作，便于各参赛单位制定参赛计划，确保竞赛组织及各项工作有序进行，现将有关事宜补充通知如下：

一、报到

（三）乘车路线

1.乘高铁至**站（非**南站），****酒店车程约15分钟，可乘坐大巴车前往或****酒店；

2.乘飞机至**胶东国际机场、**蓬****酒店车程约1.5小时，请各参赛队****酒店。

（四）各参赛运动队报到时报送健康证明(赛前15天内的《体检证明》，包括血压，脉搏检查证明和心电图)、参赛人员身份证复印件、人身意外保险单(保期须包含赛期时间)、责任声明书、食宿免责声明(手写签字)。

二、费用

(一)食宿费用由各参赛单位自理。

(二)食宿费标准：

标准间：食宿每人每天180元，4天共720元；

单人间：食宿每人每天280元，4天共1120元。

(三)另收取通勤交通费60元/人，用于赛事交通保障。

(四)为加强赛事管理，原则上参赛人员****酒店；未按规定时间和餐次用餐者，大会不予补餐或退费。提前离会或逾期报到者不予退费。本地居民或外地居民，确实不需统一安排食宿的人员，须向大会组委会书面提出申请，并签署免责声明。

(五)为保证报到参赛运动员入住顺畅，减少人员报到等待，请各运动队于7月15日前将食宿费用一次性转账缴清。

四、其他

(一)请各队领队和教练员，按时参加组委会会议和技术会议。

(二)运动员须自行办理好赛会期间的人身意外伤害保险、健康证明和免责声明，缺一不得参赛。

(三)运动员须穿着武术服装、武术鞋参赛，鞋服器械自备。

(四)各队名称要求在10个字以内，不允许出现世界、国际、中国、中华等字样。

Supplementary Notice on China ﹒ Laiyang International Mantis Boxing Competition

To all participating teams:

The China ﹒ Laiyang International Mantis Boxing Competition will be held at Laiyang Social Stadium from July 30 to August 4, 2026. In accordance with the relevant competition regulations issued by the Wushu Sports Management Center of the General Administration of Sport of China and the Chinese Wushu Association, this supplementary notice is issued to facilitate competition organization, reception services, help all participating teams arrange their schedules and ensure the smooth progress of all competition-related work.

I. Registration

(1) Technical Officials and Referees

(2) Participating Teams

All participating teams shall complete registration before 14:00 on July 31, 2026 at one of the following designated hotels: Laiyang Hongda Longmen Hotel, Laiyang Changsheng Business Hotel, Laiyang Lidu Villa and Laiyang Meipeng Hotel.

(3) Transportation Routes

A. High-speed Rail: Arrive at Laiyang Railway Station (excluding Laiyang South Railway Station). It takes approximately 15 minutes to reach all designated hotels by car. Participants may take shuttle buses or taxis to the registered hotel.

B. Airplane: Alight at Qingdao Jiaodong International Airport or Yantai Penglai International Airport. It takes about 1.5 hours to reach all designated hotels by car. Participants may arrange their own taxi transportation to the registered hotel.

(4) Documents to Submit upon Registration

All participating teams must submit the following documents during registration:

Physical examination certificate issued within 15 days prior to the competition (including blood pressure, pulse and electrocardiogram reports)

Copies of participants' ID cards

Personal accident insurance policy (valid throughout the competition period)

II. Expenses

(1) General Rule

All accommodation and catering expenses shall be borne by the participating teams.

(2) Accommodation Catering Rates

Standard Room: CNY 180 per person per day, totaling CNY 720 for 4 days

Single Room: CNY 280 per person per day, totaling CNY 1120 for 4 days

(3) Shuttle Service Fee

A local transportation fee (for event shuttles) of CNY 60 per person will be charged for event transportation support.

(4) Accommodation Catering Management Rules

A. All participants are required in principle to stay and dine at the designated hotels as stipulated. No meals or refunds will be offered for missed meals due to failure to follow the specified dining time. No refunds will be granted for early departure or late registration.

B. Local or out-of-town participants who do not need the unified accommodation and catering service shall submit a written application to the Organizing Committee and sign the corresponding waiver of liability.

(5) Payment Arrangement

To ensure smooth check-in and reduce waiting time, all teams shall settle the full accommodation, catering and transportation fees via bank transfer before July 15.

IV. Other Matters

1. Team leaders and coaches shall attend the Organizing Committee Meeting and Technical Meeting on time.

2. Athletes must purchase personal accident insurance, complete physical examination and sign relevant waivers. Those who fail to provide all required documents will be disqualified from participation.

3. Athletes shall wear standard Wushu uniforms and shoes for competitions. All costumes, shoes and competition equipment shall be prepared by participants themselves.

4. The name of each participating team shall be within 10 Chinese characters. Words such as "世界"（world）, "国际"（International）, "中国"（China） and "中华"（Zhonghua） are prohibited in team names.
