The LUZON INTERNATIONAL CONTAINER TERMINAL PHASE I MARINE WORKS PROJECT intends to purchase a batch of cement and flyash for construction work. The specifications and quantities are detailed in the quotation sheet, with specific requirements set forth below:

1. Delivery Location: LUZON INTERNATIONAL CONTAINER TERMINAL PHASE I MARINE WORKS PROJECT site.

2. Delivery Requirements:The supplier is responsible for Pump into powder silo.

3. Transportation Requirements: Transportation by truck

4. Material List: See attached quotation sheet for details

5. Settlement: Measured and settled by batch

6. Payment Terms: 70% payment shall be made within30 days after settlement, and the remaining 30% shall be paid in the following month. Payment methods include bank wire transfer, bank acceptance bill and financial products.

7. If your company has additional requirements regarding payment terms, please state them separately.
