根据****园区二期11-4及周边地块士地储备项目的需要， 该地块出让前需达到净地要求，拟实施电力管线搬迁工程。 主要工程内容包括： 1、园5海徐/1209#杆向北搬迁至适当位置，并由新立园5海徐/1209#杆登杆新放1回10千伏3*400电缆向南向东向南向西沿用户地块红线外穿**2孔排管敷设至新立园5海徐/1210#杆登杆供电； 2、由新立园5海徐/1210#杆向西**2档10千伏架空线（JKLYJ-10-150) 至新立园5海徐/1212#杆供电，新立园5海徐/1211#杆新装柱上变压器1台（400kVA），并向2侧新放低压架空线（JKLYJ-1-120）将未拆除低压用户还通供电； 3、地块内10千伏及低压架空线均拆线拔杆，地块外未拆除低压用户需就 近还通供电。 本项目总投资278.34万元，**费257.87万元，本项目计划于2026年6月上旬开工，工期60日历天（具体以实际开工为准）。本次采购为该工程监理，采取“择优选取”方式选取中介服务机构。
