投标人资格要求：

（1）要求响应人需具有相关服务经验，并具有有效的资质证书； (1) The successful bidder must have experience in executing project logistics work , and possess valid relevant certificates. （2）业绩要求：响应人近 3 年（ 2023 年 1 月 1 日至响应截止日）至少具有 2 个项目业绩。 (2)Performance requirementsThe Tenderer shall have at least 2 project performance in the last 3 years (from Jan. 1, 2023 to the deadline for submission of bids).
