项目概况及招标范围：

1.Project Location: Az-Zour North Phase 2 3 Independent Power Generation and Water Desalination Producer Plant Project, Kuwait 2.Project Scale: The net power output of the power plant 2700 MW. The net water production capacity of the water plant 120 MIGD 3.Bidding Scope:The works to be performed under this Subcontract is the:Power Plant: associated I C works (Mainly include the whole water plant and associated auxiliary system;related I C equipment installation of main electrical building in water plant;Grounding installation which is provided by manufacturer, and all associated facilities in accordance with Contractor and Client Requirements for Az-Zour North Phase 2 3 Independent Power Generation and Water Desalination Producer Plant Project as required and conditioned under the Contract.

投标人资格要求：

1. Qualification Criteria (1) Bidders must possess independent legal entity status and provide a valid business license. (2) Bidders must provide valid industry qualification certificates. (3) Bidders must provide valid certifications for Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health Safety Management Systems. (4) Bidders must provide a valid tax registration certificate. (5) Bidders must be able to independently solve issues related to the temporary import of machinery and personnel visas. 2. Experience Requirements Subcontractors shall have performance records in main electrical and I C section for the power plant or seawater desalination project. Bidders must provide scanned copies of the contract(s) demonstrating compliance with this requirement.
