2.2未被列入“信用中国”网站(www.****.cn)失信被执行人名单、重大税收违法案件****政府采购网(www.****.cn)政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单。
2.3 法人的分支机构以自己的名义参与本项目采购活动时，应提供依法登记的相关证明文件和由法人出具的对本项目采购活动承担全部直接责任的授权书；自然人应提供身份证明文件。
2.5 本项目接受联合体响应。
2.6本项目不允许转包。
2.7本项目专门面向大、中、小、微各类企业。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 1. Suppliers that comply with Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China. 2. Other qualification requirements: 2.1 Possess a valid engineering design industry qualification of Class B or above in the water transportation industry issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development of the People's Republic of China, and a professional engineering survey qualification of Class A or above in engineering surveying; 2.2 Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement on the "Credit China" website (www.****. gov.cn), the list of parties involved in major tax violations, and the list of records of serious illegal and dishonest behavior in government procurement on the China Government Procurement Network (www.****. gov.cn). 2.3 When a branch of a legal entity participates in the procurement activities of this project in its own name, it shall provide relevant legally registered certification documents.
