4、项目负责人资质要求：拟派的项目负责人具有建筑工程二级或以上注册建造师执业资格，并具备有效的安全生产考核证书（B证），且未在其他在建项目担任项目负责人（注册建造师基本情况及是否有本市的在建项目以供应商提供的开标前两个工作日**市建设市场信息服务平台采集的数据内容形成的《项目负责人基本情况表》为准, 项目负责人在履行合同过程中发生变更的，如变更后时间未满半年，不得参与本标段投标。）；标书代写
5、法人的分支机构以自己的名义参与竞争时，应提供依法登记的相关证明材料和由法人出具的对该参与竞争活动承担全部直接责任的承诺书；
