The responder shall be an enterprise with independent legal person status and the capacity to assume civil liabilities independently.

Shall be a registered and certified supplier on the Inspur Electronic Procurement Platform.

Joint bidding is not accepted for this project.

7.2 Late submitted quotation documents shall be rejected by the electronic procurement platform. 逾期递交的报价文件，平台一律拒收。

7.3 The quotation opening time is fixed at 18:00 PM July 4, 2026. Bidders shall attend online check-in on time. Failure to check-in shall be deemed as recognition of the opening records, and any subsequent objections shall be invalid.
