本次招标范围为苏里南村庄微电网光伏项目二期 Gujaba 片区PCS 房、柴发房、控制室土建及装饰装修工程施工。招标范围包含上述三座建筑对应的全部土石方工程、混凝土及钢筋混凝土工程、砌筑工程、墙柱面装饰工程、天棚工程、门窗安装工程等所有施工内容。

具体工作涵盖场地平整、土方开挖、土方回填夯实；垫层、独立基础、柱、梁、有梁板、楼梯等现浇混凝土结构浇筑施工，现浇钢筋、预埋铁件制安；水泥砖基础砌筑；内外墙面抹灰、批刮腻子、乳胶漆涂刷，天棚抹灰及涂料施工；钢质防盗门、铝合**窗采购及安装。

工作内容包含材料场内转运、模板安拆、混凝土浇筑振捣与养护、成品保护、现场清理、工序试验、竣工验收配合、竣工资料整理及质保期服务等，直至工程全部完工、验收合格并交付使用。投标人报价需包含完成本项目全部工作内容所需的人工、材料、机械、管理、利润、风险及其他所有相关费用。

The scope of this tender covers the civil engineering, decoration and finishing works for the PCS Room, Diesel Generator Room and Control Room in the Gujaba area of Phase II Suriname Village Microgrid PV Project. It includes all construction works for the above three buildings, such as earthworks, concrete and reinforced concrete works, masonry works, wall and column finishing works, ceiling works, door and window installation works and other related works.

The specific works consist of site grading, earth excavation, earth backfilling and compaction; casting of cast-in-place concrete structures including bedding courses, isolated foundations, columns, beams, beam slabs and staircases, as well as fabrication and installation of cast-in-place steel bars and embedded fittings; masonry of cement brick foundations; plastering, putty application and latex paint coating for internal and external walls, together with ceiling plastering and paint works; procurement and installation of steel security doors and aluminum alloy doors and windows.

The scope also covers on-site material handling, formwork erection and removal, concrete pouring, vibration and curing, finished product protection, site clearance, process testing, coordination for final acceptance, compilation of as-built documents and warranty services. All works shall be completed, accepted and handed over for use in full compliance with requirements. The bid price shall cover all costs arising from the execution of the entire project, including labor, materials, machinery, management fees, profits, contingency risks and all other relevant expenses.

1.为履行本施工合同，投标人至少应满足本招标项目的施工资质等级：具备劳务分包资质和建筑工程施工总承包资质，并已通过****的资格审查，并成为****的合格分包商。

To perform this Construction Contract, the Bidder shall, at a minimum: Possess Labor Subcontracting Qualification and General Contracting Qualification for Construction Engineering, have passed the prequalification review by PowerChina Jiangxi Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd., and be registered as its approved subcontractor.

The tenderer must possess independent legal person status. This project does not accept bids submitted in the form of a consortium.

To qualify for the award of the contract, the tenderer shall furnish satisfactory qualification documents to the tendering authority, demonstrating compliance with the tender eligibility criteria and the capability to perform the contract. To this end, the tender documents submitted shall include the following materials.

Valid photocopies and scanned originals of documents establishing the legal status of the tenderer (including business license, qualification grade certificate, safety construction qualification certificate, certificate of legal representative or power of attorney for authorized agent, etc.), with photocopies bearing the original company seal.

A completed organizational chart of the company in the prescribed format, detailing the proposed project manager for this project, on-site management personnel, and key construction personnel.

A list of the primary construction machinery, equipment, or tools proposed for use in completing this project, provided in the prescribed format.

A record of completed projects similar to this one, along with details of their contractual performance.

The successful bidder shall commence contract negotiations within five calendar days of receiving the notice of award and shall complete the signing of the contract within ten calendar days.
