项目位于沪通铁路二期工程铁路用地红线30m保护范围内河道，共涉及毛 家浜、园艺场河、凌桥港、严家港-凌桥港、凌桥港-高**5条河道，整 治河道总长约1.38千米。服务内容：承担本项目的林业调查规划设计(林 地咨询),具体为：林地**规划调查(项目占林查询及基数确定);现 场林木品种规格长势调查；编制项目使用林地可行性报告；配合建设单位 进行项目占林申请表填报、审批等相关工作。

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.
