1、高东一路（外环高速-浦东****工业园区内，道路全长496.8米，车行道宽度14米，现状无人行道。该路段经常年集卡碾压通行，车行道已出现纵横缝、龟裂、沉陷等病害，同时，经勘查发现，地下排水管道出现渗漏、破裂、错位、变形等问题,雨天积水严重。为改善道路整体使用情况，根治病害，消除安全隐患，****园区道路通行能力，拟对该路段进行维修。主要实施内容包括道路工程、排水工程、绿化工程等。 2、建设内容：沥青路面铣刨加罩2层2228㎡，基层局部补强4951㎡，基层混凝土板块注浆2177㎡，高侧平石翻排1016m，进口坡翻修143㎡，窨井抬升74座，更换分离式可自调窨井盖座15座，标线恢复594m，土方工程1164m3，增设人非通道2040㎡，增设路缘石1810m，翻排DN400缠绕管连管382m，翻建双篦立式塑料雨水口43个，点状原位固化9处，翻排缠绕管428.5m，翻建玻璃钢夹砂管65m，**检查井4个， **钢筋混凝土管道18m， **双壁缠绕管100m， 压密注浆270m3，修复污水管道(含路面开挖及修复)500m，新增行道树100株，绿化提升4370m2，绿化搬迁3436 m2,花境120m2等。
