PROCEDURE BIO24 VLSFO FOR ZHENHUA 25

To all suppliers invited to participate in this registration exercise:

1、FOR ZHENHUA 25

Zhenhua25 will pass through Singapore on around 18th July , no obstacles on both sides,no cargo on board .

l The vessel needs:

1、BIO24 LSFO—1000MT（with sulfur content less than 0.5%）

WITH POS certification、BDN and INV after bunkering soon.

3、Oil Standard: .ISO 8217:2024

Payment: at 45days sight by T/T from delivery date, Currency: US dollars;

l There is no load/unloading plan at this port.

Pls arrange local shipping agent for our vsl and keep in touch with our captain in advance.

l If it need the tax or add, Including but not limited to agency fee、barges fee and so on, charge to make arrangement to bunker; Please quote the lump sum charge.

l Pay special attention to the following deadlines；

1.Entities intending to participate in the negotiated procurement shall log on to the CCCC Procurement Tendering Network (URL: https://zjzcw.****.cn) within the specified time frame and download the procurement documents corresponding to the bid package they intend to tender for. Any response document submitted by a bidder that fails to download the procurement documents via the official CCCC Procurement Tendering Network as required shall be rejected by the procuring entity.

2.Access to procurement documents: free of charge for download.

3.Suppliers who have completed online registration and obtained supplier qualification approval at the procuring entity’s level, or added the procuring entity as a cooperating partner, as well as superior suppliers, may directly participate in the negotiated procurement. Online peer-level suppliers that have not added the procuring entity as a cooperating partner shall submit a cooperation intention application and obtain approval prior to participation. Entities that have not registered on the CCCC Procurement Tendering Network shall complete registration first, select the procuring entity as the recommending entity or intended cooperation partner, and may only participate in the negotiated procurement after their registration application is reviewed and approved.
