According to the company's production and operation needs, Battambang Conch Cement Co., LTD., intends to carry out Metal materials (material) inquiry and price comparison procurement work. 一、询价内容概况：

1.询价内容：本次询价采购的是金属材料（物资名），如下所示；具体详见询价人在海螺阳光智慧采购平台上传的相关附件。

2.交货地点：****仓库或指定的使用现场，运输费用由卖方承担。

3.采购数量：以上为暂定数量，具体数量根据询价人实际需求为准。

4.合同有效期：合同起止日期以询价人通知签订为准。

二、投标申请人须具备的条件：

1.在****公司需具备营业执照（Certificate of Incorporation）、税务登记证（Certificate of Tax Registration(VALUE ADDED TAX-VAT)）、Patent证书(PATENT TAX)、公司章程(Articles of Incorporation)，****公司资质。

2.投标渠道之间不充许存在关联关系，如果招标单位核实投标渠道之间存在关联关系，每个标段仅充许一家参与投标。

2.There is no allowed correlation between bidding companies. If the bidding unit verifies the correlation between bidding companies, only one bidder is allowed to participate in the bidding for each section.

3.招标方在开标前对投标人IP地址或域名进行比对，如出现不同投标单位使用IP地址相同的情况进行投标，则视为串标，出现串标行为的，认定投标单位的投标报价无效，并同时将IP地址一致单位均纳入黑名单管理，并取消其两年**资格。加急标书代写

4.若报价人在海****公司中有不良**记录的（即在以往**期间存在放弃供货合同的、送货影响生产的、产品质量不合格的及被评审为不合格供应商的等），将取消报价资格。

If the bidder has a record of poor cooperation with any subsidiary of Conch Cement (that is, in previous cooperation there were cases of abandoning supply contracts, deliveries affecting production, product quality not meeting standards, or being evaluated as an unqualified supplier, etc.), the bid qualification will be canceled.
