采购项目名称：Hire external labor litigation counsel to represent and defend the Company in the labor litigation cases filed by the former 8 employees

采购内容或范围：The Company has been named as defendant in labour litigation proceedings before the Central Labour Court relating to the termination of employment of former employees following the Company's business restructuring and outsourcing initiatives.
As of the date of this TOR, a total of eight (8) former employees have filed claims against the Company
The plaintiffs allege that:
(a) the termination of employment constituted unfair dismissal; and
(b) statutory termination payments were made conditional upon execution of Release and Waiver of Claims Agreements.
Therefore, the Company intends to appoint experienced external labour litigation counsel to represent and defend the Company in labour litigation cases filed by former employees alleging unfair dismissal and seeking compensation under applicable labour laws.

二、供应商资格要求

1. Experience in labour dispute litigation and providing legal advice on labour and employment matters.
2. Experience representing employee and employers.
3. Handled labour cases during the last ten years.
